Why do you use preservatives in your syrups?
We use small amounts of potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate to ensure that our syrups remain fresh and stable even after opening.
The difference compared to traditionally bottled drinks: our syrup regularly comes into contact with air whilst in the bottle, and is sometimes exposed to higher room temperatures. The preservation process ensures that the flavour and quality are maintained even under these conditions.
Shelf life after opening:
In the bottle: at least 7 days
Outside (cool and dry): 3 weeks
We only include what is truly necessary and ensure a well-balanced overall formulation. All ingredients are carefully selected to complement one another – for example, we do not use any artificial colourings at all.
Our commitment: flavour and quality that last for a long time, even after opening.
