Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. 

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods; or, if you have ordered several items as part of a single order that are delivered separately, from the day on which you took possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. via a cancellation button, email or letter) informing us of your decision to cancel this contract. 

We recommend that you use the electronic cancellation function (cancellation button) provided by us at https://de.holy.com/apps/widerruf to use, although this is not compulsory (you can find further information on the returns process in our FAQ on the right of withdrawal). Alternatively, you can also use the attached model withdrawal form.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
