My shaker’s leaking. What should I do now?

If the problem lies with one of our Standard Shaker If this happens, it is often because the sieve has not been fitted correctly into the lid of the shaker. 
It often helps simply to put the shaker in the dishwasher or rinse it with hot water, so that the plastic softens slightly. 

In the Thermo Shakers First of all, you should check that the sealing ring is sitting correctly in the lid. It’s best to take the sealing ring out again and reinsert it; this often sorts the problem straight away and the shaker will seal properly again without any issues.
