How does the 30-day satisfaction guarantee work?

If we haven’t quite met your expectations, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee at HOLY. To qualify, you must have consumed no more than 35 grams of the powder – simply return the product and we’ll refund the purchase price or, if you prefer, send you a different variety in exchange. 
Discounted powder products (with a shortened best-before date) are excluded from our satisfaction guarantee. In this case, returns are therefore only possible within the statutory cancellation period, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that products that have already been opened or used cannot be returned. You can find further information on your right of cancellation in our Terms and Conditions.
