What is the best way to store my HOLY, and how long does it keep once opened?

To ensure the best possible shelf life, you should always store your HOLY in a dry, cool place away from direct light. Make sure that both lids on the tubs are always tightly closed and that the desiccant sachet remains inside the powder. 

As with all food products, the shelf life is limited once the packaging has been opened. We therefore recommend using up the products within 4–6 months of opening to prevent them from absorbing moisture from the air over time and becoming hard.
