What do I need to bear in mind when referring friends?

Please only use your personal link to refer friends. This is the only way for us to identify your friend as a new customer you have referred and to credit you with your 900 points.

Your friend must first place an order with a minimum value of €9 via our German HOLY Shop.

Unfortunately, for technical reasons, it is not possible to add a referred friend’s details retrospectively. If the referred friend’s order is cancelled, returned or remains unpaid, no credit will be issued.
