How does the 30-day satisfaction guarantee work for the 14-piece and 10-piece sample boxes?

If we haven’t quite met your taste, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee at HOLY. To qualify, you may have consumed one sample from the 10-piece sample boxes or two samples from the 14-piece sample boxes. 
Discounted powder products (with a shortened best-before date) are excluded from our satisfaction guarantee. In this case, returns are therefore only possible within the statutory cancellation period, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that products that have already been opened or used cannot be returned. You can find further information on your right of cancellation in our Terms and Conditions.
